Arkansas CNA Certification Renewal

To renew CNA Certification in Arkansas:
(1) A pre-printed recertification form will be mailed out to the CNA 2-3 months prior to your expiration date. If you still do not receive any notice, you may obtain renewal form by contacting
Arkansas Nursing Assistant Registry or visiting State Registry’s website.
(2) In order for you to renew your cetificate:
- You must work as a nursing assistant and performing nursing services at least eight (8) consecutive hours within 24 month period prior to your current registry document expiration date.
- No felony convictions, resident abuse, neglect, misappropriation of resident property or criminal record disqualifications.
(3) Completed form with required documents must be mailed to the address indicated in the form.
