Delaware CNA Reciprocity

If an approved CNA wishes to working Delaware they must first apply for reciprocity.  The applicant must contact the Delaware Nursing Assistant Registry to obtain a transfer/reciprocity form. A completed form must be submitted including a copy of a current registry certificate, along with proof of three-month  full-time employment as a CNA. There is no fee to apply for reciprocity. If an applicant is from the State of Maryland, he or she must hold a current Geriatric Nursing Assistant certificate to be eligible for reciprocity.
