If a CNA outside Georgia wishes to work in the state the applicant must contact the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry to obtain a transfer/reciprocity form. Completed form with required documents and fees must be submitted by mail. It is necessary that the applicant must be listed as good standing on their home state in accordance with the federal requirements.
